PUMPKIN CREAM COLD BREW

INGREDIENTS

  • 10-12oz Cold Coffee
  • 4 Tbsp Half & Half / Heavy Cream
  • 2-3 Tbsp Vanilla syrup (Sugar Free)
  • 1-2Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • Pinch Ground Nutmeg
  • Drizzle (optional)

MAKING THE COLD COFFEE

I’m sure this goes against coffee law somewhere but I brew my coffee and after it cools just enough I put into a glass jar in the refrigerator. I don’t keep it more than a day or two because I use it pretty quickly especially during the summer.

MAKING THE PUMPKIN CREAM

Put everything together except the coffee and mix. I use an electric frother and can adjust the settings based on temperature and desired froth. Before that, I used a hand held electric frother and before that I just used an old school whisk.

Adjust the ingredients to your liking, more or less, what I have posted is just a guideline and even I don’t always follow it depending how I feel that day!
